Marco and Debbie's Wedding Home Page

We had a great wedding March 7, 1998. It was at 'TheVilla' in our home town: Santa Rosa, California. The ceremony started pretty much on time (11:00am), which was followed by lunch at about 12 and music by the Jazz musician that brought us together - Michael Bolivar - at about 1:30pm. After the wedding we stopped by the house for a little while and then escaped to our Hotel. We were thinking about going out that evening, but for some reason or another never left.... :).

Following the wedding, we went in to choose colors for our new home. Thanks, Dad and Bianca for your support in the process!!!! They turned out great!!! After that it was getting ready for the family reunion in Texas. We all flew out on Wednesday and had a great time meeting family. Debbie went from knowing very few members of the Smoorenburg family to knowing about 80 relatives in just about 2 weeks. It hasn't scared her yet, so I guess we're ok... ;). Towards the end of the trip we took a day for ourselves to the coast (Galverson) and had a nice time there. Marco had Crawfish for the first time in his live (and loved it). Then on Monday we drove back under a tornado watch to the airport and had a safe journey home.
